LOCK HAVEN - With the Clinton County Economic Partnership facing some unanticipated shortfalls in the development of the Lamar Township Business Park, the Clinton County commissioners have accepted a debt not to exceed $460,000 on behalf of the Partnership, with the understanding the Partnership will pay back the money.

During a meeting last Wednesday, June 24, Councilwoman Sheila Tweedie and Councilman Jack Turpin both said temporary business signs should not be allowed. Councilman David Karner, however, argued that businesses should be allowed to use the placards.
